(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, if there is an abnormal fluctuation in the secondary market trading price of bonds, the Securities Board may instruct the securities market to suspend such trading.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if there is an abnormal fluctuation in the price of the bond, if there is a situation that requires immediate control, the securities market shall suspend such transaction and immediately provide the information to the Securities Board along with the reason.
